Return & Refund Policy

At Happi Paws Co., we stand behind our products and want both you and your cat to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your product — free of charge — within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To start your return, simply email contact@happipawsco.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Your date of delivery

  • Your reason for return (so we can keep improving!)

Once we receive your request, we’ll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.

Please include your order number and shipping name inside your return package to ensure smooth processing.

All refunds are issued in U.S. dollars (USD) using your original payment method. Customers are responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by their bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@happipawsco.com.
Attach a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

If the damage is verified, we’ll send you a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after use is not covered.


Cancellations

We understand things can change!
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.

Please use all products according to the instructions and safety guidelines on our website. If you experience any discomfort or concern, stop using it immediately and contact us at contact@happipawsco.com — we’re here to help!


Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship promptly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are outside our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.

If a delivery issue occurs, please get in touch with the courier directly for assistance.
